Front of the House – your role is to consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills to internal guests. Maintain an upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy and enthusiasm from one customer interaction to the next.
What are your Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customer with a smile and does frequent eye contact and projects friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness
- Taking food and beverage orders and inform kitchen personnel for preparation
- Usher customers or guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Accurately enter orders into the ordering system
- Make menu item recommendations
- Ensure that all orders are filled quickly and accurately
- Providing attentive service to diners
- Obtains food and beverage when prepared, delivers order to guest, customer
- Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
- Returns to each table to ascertain whether additional items are desired
What are the Job Requirements:
- At least College level
- With similar experience working in fine dining restaurant
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances
- Good verbal communication and memorization skills
- Amenable to work on weekends and holidays
- Physically fit
- Can start immediately
Interview and Training will be in Quezon City.
