Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree holder of either communications, business, or marketing
● 5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience on account management and operations
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Logical, data-driven and detail oriented
● Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
● Has great organizational abilities
● Has expert analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate based on existing data

Job Description
● Perform administrative tasks as required to operate the technology-enabled product (e.g.: collecting feedback and monitoring usage, prepare sales analysis, etc.)
● Closing leads endorsed from the acquisition team
● Act as the frontline for questions by clients and other teams related to the product
● Review operational processes and propose interventions for operational efficiency
● Develop and manage business intelligence/data dashboard
● Monitor KPIs
● Propose retention and risk mitigation experiments as we gather more learnings on
customer experience
● Report Operational performance to the leadership teamare submitted for payment
