Job Description:

Waiter for olive garden (boucle group)Directly handle and interact with customers in a prompt, polite, and professional manner, even with the most demanding of guests.… Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions and verifying all charges are accurate. Greet guests in a friendly manner.Equivalent work experience in the industry acceptable. Three or more years culinary experience required, large kitchen strongly preferred.Greeting guests, taking drink and food orders Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area Delivering food / drinks orders from the kitchen to the guests Ensuring the food order/ drinks orders is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food Performing shift duties like keep tables clean and tidy at all times, delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more Arrange table settings Deliver checks and collect payments Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
