E-commerce Coordinator

E-Commerce Coordinator will execute the complete order processing cycle in SAP R/3 system and will manage proactively E-Commerce portfolio to capture & process orders, manage changes and achieve delivery on-time-in-full. You will be liaising with Logistics, Supply chain, Pricing, Sales support & Customer Service teams with an ultimate goal to ensure smooth flow of goods in & out and to optimise and coordinate the inbound flow for K-C products into Amazon E-Commerce platform across 5 EUR countries. In your E-Commerce Coordinator you will have a chance to open your mind into new innovative opportunities, creative ways of working and you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

Key Responsibilities
Execute the complete order processing cycle in SAP R/3 system. Manage proactively Amazon portfolio to capture & process orders, manage changes and achieve delivery on-time-in-full.
Optimise and coordinate the inbound flow for K-C products into Amazon through rigorous order management and customer order attribute optimisation across EU5 countries: UK, DE, FR, IT, ES (product rollover, obsolete codes, delivery management of out of stock codes)
Establish relationship with Logistics to ensure smooth flow of goods in & out
Oversee Vendor Central portal creating ASNs retrieving orders and Carp booking in for deliveries including Refusals and Rebooking process
Work closely with E-Commerce account managers to ensure service is optimal, product portfolio is clearly defined and reporting of the main KPI’s visible (monthly meetings on standard KPIs for CuSe, special KPIs on Amazon Vendor central system needs to be agreed on)
Independently manage order & dispute issues related to Amazon, align with stakeholders when required.
Identify gaps in current processes and suggest optimized ways of working to improve the team's efficiency and the customers satisfaction. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase department efficiency.
Participate in regular teleconferences/meetings with internal stakeholders, team members and Customers. Resolve enquiries and delivery queries promptly and liaise with interested parties, communicating both progress and the outcome.
Maintain Customer Service operations to consistently meet operational KPI and measurably improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Proactively identify backlogs and high volumes and efficiently collaborate with other team members to achieve our operational goals

You have a good understanding customer supply chains and Order to Cash process for E-Commerce platform
You have initial introduction to Demand Planning
You are an expert at order management and dispute cases (minim. Chargebacks)
You understand the processes of Promotions, Pricing and E-Commerce agreement
You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise cross-functionally to build and maintain relationships and establish new improved ways of working (CI)
