We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and analysing real estate market trends, developing financial models, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic and growing organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trends and develop strategies to maximize investment opportunities.
- Research and analyse real estate investments and market conditions.
- Prepare financial models and analyse the potential returns of real estate investments.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential investment opportunities and assess their feasibility.
- Provide recommendations to clients on real estate investments.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £30,788.00-£34,144.00 per year
