Job Title: Leasing & Logistics Coordinator

Primary Role:
The Leasing & Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely coordination of leasing contracts, logistics, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter leasing contract and freight data into the company's system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review leasing contracts to ensure terms align with standard guidelines provided by management.
- Coordinate insurance certificates and permits related to leasing and logistics activities.
- Communicate effectively with freight carriers, landlords, and external vendors to coordinate logistics operations.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the buying group and warehouse staff and all other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Schedule and book inbound and outbound freight appointments.
- Obtain freight quotes from the designated freight provider.
- Be available for after-hours freight dispatch when required.
- Support finance and other departments by assisting with tasks to help meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Education or experience in supply chain/logistics preferred not mandatory
- Experience with larger retails operations or relevant industry.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Possesses a customer service mindset and maintains a professional demeanor in interactions with external vendors and internal personnel.
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word and IT Systems
Job Success Criteria:
- Timely and accurate arrangements and entry of leasing and logistics data into the system while adherence to standard leasing guidelines and contractual terms.
- Efficient coordination of insurance certificates, permits, and communication with external stakeholders.
- Effective collaboration and coordination with the buying group, warehouse staff, and other relevant teams.
- Timely scheduling and booking of inbound and outbound freight appointments.
- Obtaining competitive freight quotes to optimize logistics operations and successful delivery for related stake holders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
