We are looking to hire motivated Real Estate Professionals to be joining our team in Dubai.
Responsibility:
- Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
- Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices
- Attending developer launches or other industry related events.
- Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships.
- Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.
- Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy.
Required Skills:
- Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle is an advantage.
- RERA certified preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
- Proven good Sales Track Record.
- Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to earn and can start working on commission basis.
