Clinic Administrator [Nigeria]


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Take responsibility for Front of House including Reception and the waiting area
  • Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and respond to patients' enquires

  • Confirm appointments, communicate with patients and maintain and update patient records.
  • Deal appropriately with incoming and outgoing mail and other channels of communication
  • Provide general administration assistance to the Clinic Manager to include event support, and clinic upkeep.
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Ensure a positive client experience by exhibiting excellent customer service.
  • Process financial transactions and perform daily opening and closing duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong teamwork mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Well groomed with a cheerful personality
  • Social Media management experience will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₦120,000.00 per month

  • Uyo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
