We’re reorganizing our Tech Department to prepare for the future and building a strong team to take care of everything related to CRM/Loyalty/Web/eCom.

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the IT architecture within a functional area (CRM/Loyalty/Web/eCom) from a solution perspective, having a deep understanding of the business flows, solutions, technical platforms, and integrations within the functional area.
- Conduct technical pre-studies for new initiatives, making recommendations based on functional and technical needs to drive successful outcomes.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and manage technical debt, ensuring stable, efficient, and business-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders at different levels to understand business and product owner needs and deliver effective solutions within the functional area.
- Participate in vendor assessments, secure agreed designs and architectural strategies, and contribute to project deliveries.
- Document and control technical debt while working with different parties to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Engage in security audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance.
Skills & Background:
- Probably a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the CRM/Loyalty/Web/eCom domain.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to understand complex business flows, technical platforms, and integrations.
- Demonstrated strong technical capabilities, and great experience in solution design.
- Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Great communication skills in English and Swedish are required
- Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience

This is a full-time employment. You will be part of Group IT, a European function even though we have most of our presence in the Nordics. We have a warm and friendly approach and we love to welcome new members to our team.
