In Ying Mei, each of our team members will handle a portfolio of clients which are from different industries.
Our clients' types include: F&B Franchise, trading companies, cleaning company, investment holding companies, services rendering companies, car traders, entertainment companies, shipping companies, non-profit organisation (ex: MCST) and etc.
Daily jobs include:
- Updates on payments and receipts into accounting software (Eg: Xero, Quickbook, SQL, and our AI system)
- Checking and filing of sales and purchase invoices
- Preparation of payments and updating them into the accounting system
- Prepare simple full set of accounts and monthly management reports
- Preparation of bank reconciliation
- Preparation of payroll
- Assist in preparation of simple unaudited financial statement and tax computation
- Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors
Job requirements:
- Higher accounting /Diploma in related fields
- Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Meticulous and interested in business operation
- Can start work immediately
